We will forward you tracking information as soon as it is available to us. We get the tracking information once UPS comes to our warehouse to pick up the outbound shipments. You will receive this data as soon as we have it.
What If I Need To Return An Item - Very easy, email us from the Contact Us page and advise that you need to return an item. We will arrange for the item to be returned to us at our expense. If the package arrives damaged, we ask that you refuse the package and file a claim. Otherwise we will be glad to help you get your item back to us.
